For metro cities, we offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. For other locations, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Bulk hospital orders (10+ units) may take 7-14 days depending on quantity and customization.
Yes! All our medical devices come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. Premium devices (ECG, Patient Monitors) come with 2-3 years warranty. We also offer extended AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) plans starting at ₹2,999/year.

We offer a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy for unopened products in original packaging. For defective devices, we provide instant replacement within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
